Responsibilities
As a key part of the admissions service, you will provide efficient and effective administrative support, including:
Accurate data input and records management
Revenue management and billing tasks
Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and clinical teams
Supporting team operations to ensure smooth admission processes
Using various electronic systems and digital tools to complete work activities
You will work closely with both patients and staff, helping to ensure that our service runs smoothly, professionally, and with compassion.
Qualifications
Relevant administrative qualifications and/or equivalent experience
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interpret and respond to diverse client needs
The ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and exercise discretion
Proven ability to manage high volumes of work and competing deadlines
Confidence in using a wide range of computer systems and software
Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays
