Join the successful and fast-growing Haymans Electrical Browns Plains branch as an Internal Sales team member, where you’ll provide outstanding service to a diverse customer base across domestic, commercial, construction, industrial, and project sectors. This is a full-time permanent position, based in Browns Plains, QLD. Hours : Monday–Friday, flexible between 5:30am–5:00pm. No weekend work required. In this position, your key responsibilities will include: Counter sales, including customer service and handling sales enquiries Preparing and sending customer quotes Actioning customer requests face-to-face, over the phone and via email Liaising with suppliers Stock control – re-stocking shelves, picking and packing orders Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and management requests as required What you’ll need to succeed: Experience in customer service (retail, trade, or similar highly regarded) Industry experience is helpful but not essential – attitude is everything A positive, proactive, and hardworking approach Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-first mindset Ability to learn product ranges and processes quickly A reliable team player who is willing to listen, learn, and support others Reasonable computer skills Full driver’s licence and your own transport Full Australian working rights We welcome applicants of all ages and backgrounds who bring the right energy, attitude, and willingness to grow.
