A leading Australian services organisation is seeking an experienced Communications Manager to join a large enterprise program within the Finance portfolio based in Brisbane. Reporting to the Change Management Lead, you will be responsible for developing and delivering communication strategies that ensure stakeholders understand and successfully adopt program changes. Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute program communication strategies and plans aligned with delivery milestones. Create and maintain communication artefacts including templates, FAQs, release packs and stakeholder updates. Translate complex program and technical information into clear, concise messaging for business stakeholders. Partner with Change Managers, Project Managers and Workstream Leads to ensure communication is coordinated and consistent. Lead stakeholder engagement activities including Town Halls, leadership briefings and forums. Ensure communications comply with corporate communication standards, governance and brand guidelines. Provide strategic advice to program leadership on messaging, sequencing and communication effectiveness. To succeed in this role you will have: Strong experience delivering communications within large programs or organisational change environments. Tertiary qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Demonstrated experience delivering internal communications for large programs, projects or transformation initiatives. Proven ability to develop and implement communication strategies and multi-channel engagement plans. Strong capability in simplifying complex or technical information for diverse stakeholder groups. Experience working closely with change teams, program teams and senior stakeholders. Excellent writing, editing and stakeholder engagement skills Experience coordinating stakeholder events, briefings or town halls.
