* A PhD in Psychology or a related discipline
* Conducting high-quality research, including publishing in peer-reviewed journals
* Securing research funding from national sources and industry stakeholders
* Establishing an independent research programme and developing a team
* Providing research training and mentoring
* Delivering high-quality teaching, including course content development
* Leading curriculum development in Psychology
* Exhibiting effective communication and organisational skills
* Contributing to governance and leadership within the School
