* Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
* Design challenging, high-quality chemistry problems to test the limits of AI reasoning across domains like chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more
* Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with rigorous logic and detailed explanations
* Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, depth of reasoning, and overall quality
* Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry topics
* Provide structured, constructive feedback that helps improve AI model performance
Who You Are
* Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
* Strong problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
* Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
* Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
* No prior AI or data annotation experience required
Nice to Have
* Experience with data annotation, evaluation systems, or quality review workflows
* Familiarity with large language models or AI tools
* Background spanning multiple chemistry subfields
