About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing personalized care and support tailored to their needs and goals. Your dedication will help foster a more inclusive and compassionate society.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Deliver high-quality support services to clients with disabilities.
2. Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and skill development.
3. Promote community integration and support clients in accessing social and recreational activities.
4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individual support plans.
5. Encourage independence and empower clients to achieve their personal goals.
6. Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities.
