Quality and Compliance Lead in Aged Care
This pivotal role supports Residential, Home Care, and Retirement Living services to meet and exceed accreditation and quality standards.
You will work collaboratively with service managers and clinical teams to embed excellence into our practices, foster staff development, drive a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional service delivery.
* Leadership: Implement initiatives across aged care services to enhance patient outcomes.
* Data Analysis: Analyse care and clinical data to identify trends and deliver actionable recommendations.
* Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Empower staff with knowledge and skills to ensure consistency in high-quality care.
* Accreditation & Compliance: Support service re-accreditations and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Culture Development: Foster a safe, inclusive, and mission-aligned workplace culture.
