Position Overview
Early Childhood Teacher (Full‐time Permanent) located in South‐East Queensland Region, QLD. Salary ranges from $45.45–$68.53 per hour plus superannuation, dependent on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful and intentional teaching practices delivered with creativity and energy.
* Build meaningful relationships with families, ensuring each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports them to thrive.
* Mentor and guide educational practices in your room and collaborate with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review and implement high‐quality early learning programs.
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
* Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement, sharing best practice examples to improve the education program.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
* Current Teacher Registration
* Current Working With Children Check and First Aid qualification
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively, engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational programme
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
* Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education programme
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
