Groundsperson Position Available
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Groundsperson. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our theme park.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintain the overall appearance and condition of the park's gardens and landscaping features;
* Perform tasks such as mowing, hedging, spraying and general labouring duties;
* Operate and maintain tools and machinery in a safe and efficient manner;
* Ensure all areas of the park are clean and free of hazards;
* Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent experience;
* Proven ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
* A valid manual driver's license is highly desirable;
* Bonus points if you have experience with heavy machinery.
