Franchise Site Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to assist in identifying and securing potential franchise locations. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent site selection skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
About the Role:
* Identify and source potential franchise sites
* Evaluate suitability using established site selection criteria
* Liaise with real estate agents to secure properties, conduct site visits, and prepare detailed assessments
* P present location options to franchise partners
* Support lease negotiations, conduct due diligence on prospective sites, maintain the location database, and monitor commercial real estate market trends to inform strategic decisions
This is a part-time opportunity requiring 5-15 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
