If you've got trade experience and you take real pride in keeping sites running at their best, you'll love owning a unique environment that includes data centres and our logistics warehouse. This is an onsite hands-on role, Monday to Friday, ensuring the high standards of our high-tech facilities are maintained, and that they operate safely and efficiently, with maximum uptime across high‐tech, high‐demand environments.
What you'll do
* Manage day-to-day operations & maintenance across our Port Melbourne facilities
* Oversee building systems (HVAC, UPS, generators, fire, security)
* Lead preventative/reactive maintenance and asset lifecycle programs
* Ensure compliance with WHS, ESMs, ISO and SOC2
* Coordinate upgrades, refurbishments and project works
* Manage contractors, service agreements and budget reporting
* Partner with IT, logistics, procurement, security and compliance teams
What you'll bring
* Experience managing & maintaining modern facilities (offices/data centres/warehouses ideal), and some trade (carpentry/pluming/electrical) background/experience preferred
* Strong knowledge of building services and critical infrastructure
* Skilled in vendor management, and compliance
* Confident with BMS, CMMS and asset management tools
* Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
* A pleasant can-do attitude, and a preparedness to 'roll up your sleeves'
