What you'll be doing
* Leading the front of house during busy trading periods
* Serving customers with the warmth that keeps them coming back
* Supporting the manager with daily operations, stock, and merchandising
* Mentoring junior team members and setting the standard

* Solid retail experience, ideally in food or hospitality
* Strong customer service instincts and a calm head under pressure

* Reliable availability across the trading week
