Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in insurance and data analytics work to join our team.
This is an 8-week contract ideal for someone who thrives in detail-oriented environments and can bridge the gap between business, data, and compliance & audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse and validate large volumes of insurance data for compliance and audit purposes.
* Work closely with compliance and audit teams and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights based on the hypothesis.
* Document findings, highlight anomalies, and support risk assessments through structured analysis.
* Assist in preparing data-driven reports and audit documentation.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate data extraction, transformation, and integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3+ Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Data Analyst in the insurance industry.
* Strong exposure to data analysis.
* Solid understanding of insurance data structures, including claims and policy systems.
* Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python and data validation techniques.
* Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
