Job Title: Program Service Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Program Service Coordinator will provide administrative support to our Home Support and Home Care Teams in managing delivery of services. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and a warm demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Home Support and Home Care Teams
* Manage delivery of services with contracted cleaning and gardening providers
* Coordinate service delivery, respond to feedback, maintain schedules, and accurate customer records
Requirements:
* Background in customer service, administration, scheduling or direct care
* Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and use of customer record applications
* Knowledge of community-based programs, service delivery or scheduling, with an understanding of working with an older demographic
