Responsibilities
- Provide contemporary, innovative and practical recruitment best practice solutions and support throughout and beyond the recruitment end-to-end process across SWSLHD.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships across the district, ensuring a successful, seamless and effective recruitment experience for all stakeholders.
- Assist SWSLHD Managers to find the best person for vacancies and play a vital part in the onboarding process.
- Provide specialist recruitment advice and strategy on the end-to-end process.
- Travel and work across SWSLHD facilities and services as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience working in a Recruitment or HR Transactional unit for a large complex organisation, or a similar position, with an understanding of NSW Health Awards, Agreements and Policies.
- Experience providing a high level of customer service for a broad range of clients, whilst maintaining confidentiality and compliance to Awards and Policies.
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent Australian resident.
