The Role
This is a hands‐on, fast‐paced position where you will play a key role in supporting the property management team while developing your own skillset across leasing and portfolio management.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Conducting open homes and private inspections
* Assisting the Property Manager with day‐to‐day portfolio duties
* Managing routine inspections
* Handling ingoing inspections and tenancy setup
* Coordinating repairs and maintenance requests
* Processing applications and completing reference checks
* Responding to rental enquiries and tenant communication
* Scheduling appointments and inspections
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds a current Certificate of Registration (COR)
* Entry‐level candidates encouraged to apply
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Well presented, proactive, and eager to learn
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced team environment
* Reliable with a positive, can‐do attitude
