Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and allocate resources across operational functions to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Implement best practices in project management to deliver high-quality results within industry standards and budget.
* Lead and develop a diverse team to enhance community assets and infrastructure.
* Ensure compliance with safety and risk management standards.
Requirements:
* Trade or tertiary qualifications relevant to asset management.
* Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a similar Roads environment.
* Proven budget and procurement management skills.
* Strong project management experience and a thorough understanding of Work Health Safety practices.
