Key Responsibilities
* Help manage a portfolio of clients that is $800k in fees.
* Provide advice and build strong relationships with diverse clients from a mix of industries.
* Guide and manage a team of 2-4 Intermediates and Juniors.
* Provide strategic input on new opportunities and solutions.
* Complete various tax matters for different client groups.
* Host face to face meetings with clients.
* Oversee tasks including management accounting, board report packs, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and succession planning.
* Provide advice on estate planning, business structuring, and wealth management.
* Review work and organise workflows for your team.
Skills and Experience
* 4+ years of experience within Australian public practice.
* CA/CPA qualification.
* Passionate and ambitious with a desire to learn.
* Enthusiastic to build relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Collaborative, positive, and friendly.
* The ability to confidently face clients..
* Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
