Accountable to the Manager, you will be largely responsible for providing clinical cover to GEM and Rehabilitation inpatient units at St Georges Hosptial, Kew. Provide patient-centred, timely and effective clinical management across the continuum of care - assessment, intervention, re-evaluation, documentation, team liaison and discharge planning Maintain current knowledge and skills in clinical best practice of clinical units assigned Actively participate in departmental clinical supervision program Your Contribution Qualifications providing eligibility for full membership of Dietitians Australia and the APD program Minimum of two (2) years’ post-graduate experience in a relevant field of clinical dietetics. Prior experience in a similar hospital environment will be highly regarded. The Nutrition Department is a core placement site for the clinical supervision of Nutrition and Dietetic students and has several research interests.
