The role
As a talented Level 2 Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in delivering and supporting IT services across multi sites across Australia. Unique opportunity to really own the topology and make it your own influencing the technical direction of the business. Contribute to the development of internal processes and documentation. Previous managed services experience will be key to your success.
Responsibilities
* Monitor and resolve customer requests via our ticketing system, ensuring timely and professional responses.
* Manage ticket escalations related to network issues.
* Identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.
* Ensure efficient service desk operations while meeting contracted SLAs.
* Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams as needed.
* Actively contribute to improving operations and processes within the Managed Services team.
* Provide training and mentorship to Level 1 Engineers.
Background
* Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Conditional Access
* Strong understanding of IT communications, hardware, software, and cloud technologies.
* Knowledge of ITIL process
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer focus skills.
* Ability to balance priorities, drive quality, and display resilience.
* Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
