**Duties & Responsibilities**:
As part of this highly engaged team, you will support the team's performance with various legal filing and admin duties.
- Actively reviewing and monitoring shared mailbox
- Reviewing Court Orders and diarising Court Events, dealing with and drafting responses to correspondence and managing enquiries from respondents, parties and participants;
- Assisting lawyers in managing legal matters by complying with records management requirements and maintaining the required file management standards; and
**About You**:
- Previous 12-month experience in Data Entry or similar field
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, computer planning skills to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to multitask
- Full Australian work rights
