The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to join our beautiful new David Jones Concession.
Supporting the Dual Site Manager, you will take ownership of the concession, leading the business with confidence, commercial focus, and operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to step into a role with autonomy, where you'll drive performance, lead your team, and deliver a polished, premium client experience.
This role is ideal for a leader with strong apparel experience and a passion for styling, fit, and elevated service within a premium retail environment.

What You'll Do
* Lead, coach and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors
* Drive performance, achieving sales targets and KPIs within a concession environment
* Oversee daily operations, including recruitment, rostering, customer experience and compliance
* Execute elevated, on-brand visual merchandising and promotional initiatives
* Partner with regional, state and national leaders to implement store-specific strategies

* Proven experience leading a retail team in a premium or high-volume environment
* Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
* Advanced clienteling skills and a passion for customer experience
* A natural eye for styling, fit, and luxury product
* Confidence in recruitment, coaching, and performance management
