This newly created role offers a rare opportunity to build and lead the finance function from the ground up.You will operate as a true business partner to the executive team, with responsibilities ranging from financial reporting and compliance to commercial analysis and process improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance detail-oriented tasks with high-level strategic input.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, including commentary on risks, opportunities, and business performanceDevelop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and commercial decisionsOversee and continuously improve financial systems, controls, and processesEnsure full compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory obligationsProvide strategic financial guidance to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT)The Candidate:You will be an influential and pragmatic finance leader, capable of operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels, you will bring both precision and perspective to the role.
