About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) with strong experience in Salesforce projects. This role focuses on driving customer adoption, ensuring successful delivery, and building long-term relationships with enterprise clients. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping customers optimize Salesforce solutions, achieve business outcomes, and unlock additional value.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner to customers, addressing challenges and driving adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Build and execute customer success plans aligned with business goals.
- Conduct regular check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to track progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify and support upsell/expansion opportunities.
- Optimize processes through playbooks, templates, and best practices.
- Provide proactive guidance on release management, compliance, and development workflows.
- Communicate insights, value, and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
- Strong background in Salesforce projects (implementation, adoption, or success management).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with enterprise customers.
- Consultative mindset with the ability to identify pain points and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience managing QBRs, success plans, and customer success metrics.
- Solid problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
