Facilities Management Leader
In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of our building assets, driving strategic planning and maintenance for long-term sustainability. As a forward-thinking leader, you will lead a team to manage building assets, projects, and service delivery.
This includes managing relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, and community groups, developing and implementing asset management plans, and overseeing inspections, maintenance, and renewals of building assets.
You will also be responsible for leading a team to deliver projects on time and within budget, and ensuring that all aspects of facilities management are aligned with City policies and safety legislation.
* Develop and implement asset management plans to ensure alignment with City policies and safety legislation.
* Lead a team to manage building assets, projects, and service delivery.
* Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, and community groups.
* Oversee inspections, maintenance, and renewals of building assets.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in facilities and asset management, project delivery, and team leadership.
* Exceptional communication skills and a degree in Building, Construction, Asset Management, or Project Management.
* Extensive leadership experience, WHS practices, facilities management, and building maintenance principles.
