This part-time role focuses on delivering tailored career coaching services to transitioning defence force members. The position involves guiding clients through upskilling and training pathways, designed to bridge the gap between military and civilian life.
* Provide expert guidance in selecting relevant courses and certifications
* Develop personalized coaching plans that cater to individual needs and goals
* Conduct regular progress reviews and offer ongoing support to ensure successful transition
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be adaptable and empathetic, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering coaching sessions via phone, email or video conferencing
* Maintaining accurate records of client progress and coaching outcomes
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of vocational education and training systems is also essential.
