In the role of Senior Business Banking Manager, you will join the Maroochydore team on the Sunshine Coast region that's doubling down on customer obsession and owning it.

Responsibilities
* Grow the diversified business market (skilled services, accounting, advisory, construction, commercial property, manufacturing etc.)
* Play a leadership role and be the face of NAB
* Achieve business objectives relating to the sale and promotion of highly tailored and personalised complex financial products/ services
* Develop and maintain understanding of external market, customer dynamics and competition and foster highly personalised relationships
* Relationship manage a portfolio of very high value customers, drawing on the services of specialists to add value where necessary
Qualifications

* Seasoned business banking and relationship management experience
* Strong preference for candidates with Maroochydore and Sunshine Coast market knowledge
* Complex lending skills and ideally experience/knowledge of transactional banking solutions
* Customer-obsessed mindset; understanding customer needs deeply while helping them to anticipate opportunities and challenges
* Able to work with speed, accuracy and respect to deliver the best outcomes for our customers
