What you will be doing Lead a structured deployment program across end-user devices and medical devices within a health setting Drive mobility and device management initiatives including provisioning, configuration, rollout, and adoption Own delivery governance including plan, RAID, milestones, reporting, and executive updates Coordinate vendors, internal infrastructure, EUC, security, and clinical stakeholders to remove blockers fast Ensure change management, comms, and training are handled properly so rollout sticks Manage cutover and hypercare, track outcomes, and stabilise the environment post-deployment Maintain strong compliance and risk discipline appropriate to health environments What we are looking for Proven infrastructure project manager with successful device deployment programs at scale Health sector experience strongly preferred (public health, private health, hospital networks, research, aged care) Strong exposure to end-user computing and device lifecycle delivery Mobility experience, ideally UEM MDM (Intune and similar), device enrolment, provisioning, policies, rollout cadence Solid understanding of the realities of clinical environments, downtime sensitivity, and stakeholder complexity Strong vendor management and governance cadence A practical operator who can lead workshops, produce crisp plans, and drive delivery without drama.
