Job Title: Fulfilment Operations Executive
Job Description
This role is designed to drive standardization, resilience, and continuous improvement (CI) across ANZ operations. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable frameworks, performance governance systems, and strategic partnerships.
The successful candidate will represent the operations team and participate in business plan reviews to provide solutions that support expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, document, and implement regional standards for warehouse management, inventory control, and last-mile delivery.
* Establish a CI program incorporating Lean methodologies, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional feedback loops to reduce costs/errors.
* Define KPI frameworks and audit mechanisms for partners.
* Negotiate service level agreements and approve process changes with investment needs.
* Analyze regional disruption risks and create contingency playbooks.
* Optimize inventory policies using data modeling to align with service-level targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business.
* 5+ years of experience in logistics/3PL management with proven CI leadership.
* Advanced analytics skills (Power BI/SQL; Excel modeling) and process engineering.
* Excellent stakeholder influencing skills.
