About The Roles - Trainees, Apprentices and Qualified Educators
* Trainees - Launch your early childhood education career while getting paid, studying for Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care and Certificate III Montessori Early Childhood Education.
* Apprentices - Enhance your skills by pursuing Diploma qualifications in ECEC and Montessori Early Childhood Education. Candidates must hold Cert III Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC30121 or CHC30113).
* Diploma Qualified Educators - Pursue Montessori qualifications and gain opportunities for senior roles.
Full Time positions available, shifts rostered between 6:45am and 6pm.
Key Selection Criteria:
* Commitment to enrolling in and completing ECEC and/or Montessori Early Childhood Education qualifications at Cert III or Diploma level (if not already held).
* For entry-level positions - achievements in volunteering, sports, or hobbies.
* Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and improvement.
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
* Valid Blue Card (WWC) or eligibility to apply.
