Enbarr is a new and exciting emerging restaurant opening this winter at the fully refurbished site. We focus on elevating Irish cuisine using both Irish and local ingredients, alongside delivering exceptional hospitality and service with an Irish flare.
About the Role:
We are seeking a customer and floor-focused Restaurant Manager to lead the opening of this brand new restaurant and help create something truly special for its future. The ideal candidate will have the ambition to train and develop our teams while providing outstanding customer service and experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage front-of-house staff and oversee their performance.
* Develop and implement innovative training programs covering service, food and beverage, finance, sustainability, and management systems.
* Collaborate with the team to drive revenue growth on shift and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Maintain strong relationships with regular customers, suppliers, and representatives.
Requirements:
* Mentoring and managing all FOH staff.
* Training supervisory staff.
* Strong team leadership.
* Food and beverage knowledge with an Irish cuisine focus.
