Your new role
You will join the Internal Communications and Engagement team. You will support the planning and delivery of internal events, activities and engagement initiatives across a diverse workforce. Your work will help strengthen culture, improve employee connection and support strategic organisational goals.
Key duties include:
* Plan and deliver employee engagement events and activities
* Support the annual engagement, wellbeing and charitable program
* Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
* Produce clear and relevant internal content
* Maintain schedules, trackers and process documentation
* Support administration tasks including purchase orders and invoicing
* Assist with updates to internal platforms and channels
* Contribute to continuous improvement across the team
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven internal communications experience
* Strong stakeholder engagement across all levels
* High attention to detail and strong organisation
* Confident in producing internal content for digital channels
* Able to manage competing priorities
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
* Initiative, resilience and commitment to quality
* Australia citizenship is required for this position
