Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of the business at branch level, ensuring customers receive accurate, timely and professional service at every interaction.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing daily interactions with branch customers, providing product, order and service support
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers
* Proactively identifying sales opportunities and supporting the sales team through effective customer engagement
* Coordinating with production, transport, sales and credit teams to resolve customer queries and operational issues
* Ensuring customer service charter guidelines are followed and customer feedback is actioned
* Promoting and adhering to Safety Leadership Standards, including participation in safety meetings and audits
* Supporting the organisation's Zero Harm objective by maintaining a safety-first mindset
* Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, process controls and error-minimisation standards

Your Profile
