Research Operations Officer – Graduate Research Office (Arts Faculty)
As a Research Operations Officer within the Graduate Research Office, you will manage study spaces and provide administrative support to enhance the graduate research experience. You will work closely with researchers, academics, and staff, ensuring high‑quality service delivery across the research portfolio.

* Role type: Full‑time, fixed term until 31 December 2026

* Salary: UOM 5 – A$86,943 – A$99,864 p.a. plus 17% super
Responsibilities
* Manage Graduate Researcher Study Spaces – oversee desk allocations, equipment inventories, and facility maintenance.
* Provide Research Administration Support – coordinate internal funding schemes, draft communication content, and support committees.
* Facilitate Events and Meetings – organise venues, manage researcher engagement, and ensure smooth execution.
* Uphold Compliance and Safety Standards – maintain quality standards, safety protocols, and address issues promptly.
Qualifications
* Organised, proactive professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Completed a degree or equivalent professional experience.
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
* Proficient in digital tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
