* Prior experience operating cranes is highly desirable
* Prior experience within a warehousing environment is highly desirable
* Ability to work from the Berrinba site full time – (Mon‐Fri, 6am–3pm)

About The Role
As a Customer Service Operator – Crane Driver, you will have the responsibility for working across all aspects of a warehousing environment including undertaking deliveries via truck, trade store operations, customer service, warehousing and general duties.
Some Tasks As Part Of This Role Include
* Operating the crane truck and hand‐unloading of plasterboard and related items.
* Picking & packing orders on a daily basis.
* Dealing with customers face‐to‐face & over the phone.
* Assist with stock‐take / inventory counts to ensure accurate records are maintained.
* Regularly check & create orders.
* Receipt of goods & checking off paperwork while maintaining due diligence.
* Loading/unloading customer vehicles.
* Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management.
* Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager via Knauf's procedures.
* General warehouse duties & housekeeping.
