About the Opportunity:
The Wellbeing & Learning department plays a pivotal role in enhancing educator capability through evidence-informed specialist knowledge and practices, enabling students to reach their full potential.
This role requires a highly experienced educator who will lead strategic planning, development, and implementation of contemporary approaches to build inclusive Catholic School communities through collaboration, advocacy, representation, and delivery of services to support the Mission of Catholic Education in the Diocese of Cairns.
Key responsibilities include shaping inclusive education, developing strategic plans, and implementing effective solutions to enhance student outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Catholic Education principles.
You will work closely with educators, stakeholders, and community members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
