About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Clinical Lead to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and service coordination across our Enhanced Mental Health Services program. This role combines clinical expertise, people leadership, and service development to ensure the delivery of high-quality, recovery-oriented mental health care for individuals with complex and diverse needs.
As the Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in guiding a multidisciplinary team, supporting clinical excellence, and ensuring services are safe, effective, and responsive to community needs. You will provide clinical and operational supervision, oversee service delivery, manage client allocation, and contribute to the ongoing development of policies, processes, and service improvements.
Working under broad direction, you will collaborate with referrers, community stakeholders, and internal teams to strengthen service integration and promote awareness of available supports, while maintaining a clinical caseload.
Experience Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment;
* Minimum of five (5) years clinical practice in mental health treatment and care, preferably providing therapeutic treatment and/or case management and support
* Proven experience at a senior clinical level within the area of mental health service delivery
* Experience in successfully leading/coordinating a team of staff and working as a member of a multi-disciplinary team with the ability to inspire and facilitate team commitment and cooperation
* Demonstrated experience in preparation of reports with recommendations.
* Experience working across a range of Commonwealth and State funded mental health programs and ensuring program implementation in line with funding requirements and contracts
Qualification and Other Requirements:
* Current registration with one of the following bodies:
* Social Workers – Registered member of the AASW and having AASW Mental Health Accreditation
* Psychologists – Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Registered Nurses – Registered with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses
* Occupational Therapists – Registered with the Australian Association of Occupational Therapists and AHPRA
* Relevant Leadership or Management Training is desired
* Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children\'s Check (WWCC)
* Current or willing to obtain a National Police Check (NPC)
