We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee the entire life-cycle of assigned digital products, from planning and development to evaluation and potential retirement. This role ensures that products continuously deliver value to members while balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and organisational priorities.
About the Role
The Product Manager is responsible for leading, planning, coordinating, and executing application programs and associated projects. They will provide operational leadership, guiding the development path for digital products and ensuring their long-term stability and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum four years of experience in product management, working in digital product design and development teams.
* At least three years of experience in product leadership within an Agile environment, with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative development.
* Proven experience leading Scrum activities, design thinking workshops, and sprints.
* Demonstrated understanding in digital learning and educational design workflows.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
