"• Promptly attend to customer requests and complaints, providing feedback to complainants in accordance with Council's Service Commitments.
"• Conduct complex investigations related to breaches of legislation, including serious dog attacks and other issues.
"• Seize and impound domestic animals and livestock.
"• Work collaboratively with state agencies in emergency response situations, ensuring animal safety.">

Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role are highly desirable, including the Certificate IV Government - Statutory Compliance or Certificate IV Animal Control and Regulation. Preferred candidates will undergo a National Police Check and pre-employment medical assessment.
