About the Role
This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and account management to key stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing business requirements are met.
* Proactively manage customer accounts to ensure timely despatch of products and provide after-sales assistance.
* Key contact and account management of district customers, providing Area Manager assistance as needed.
