We are helping a smaller but fast-growing specialist commercial law firm find a junior employment lawyer (minimum 2PQE) for their Employment & Workplace Relations Team. They have over 180 professionals across their offices in Australia and represent clients across various industries both nationally and internationally. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to a wide range of employment law matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Their Employment team is experienced in dealing with a broad range of workplace and industrial relations matters for organisations of all descriptions - from small business to large multinational corporations and listed companies and a number of large associations in the not-for-profit sector.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent.
* Admission as a solicitor in Australia.
* Strong interest in employment law and workplace relations.
* Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
