The Don River Railway (DRR) is a beloved heritage railway and a premier tourist attraction in Tasmania. We are dedicated to recreating living railway history and require a qualified Trackwork Specialist to contribute to this mission.
Responsibilities
* Maintenance of track infrastructure, including sleeper replacement, rail adjustments, ballast work, and minor repairs to points and crossings.
* Utilization of track tools and equipment safely and effectively.
* Collaboration with other members of the Permanent Way team and Mechanical Workshop.
* Adherence to all safety procedures, including those outlined in the Safety Management System (SMS) and Rulebook.
