We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the payroll function in a multi-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring accurate and timely payments, superannuation, PAYG, and other statutory obligations. This includes leading and overseeing the end-to-end payroll process, interpreting industrial agreements, and partnering with HR to ensure alignment between HR and payroll systems.
* Oversee the payroll team to provide effective, accurate, and efficient services.
* Ensure compliance with industrial and legislative requirements.
* Develop and maintain leading practice payroll processes and procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Proven experience in payroll management.
* Strong knowledge of industrial agreements and legislative requirements.
