We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver school construction projects across Canberra and the South Coast of NSW. This is a hands-on role, overseeing projects from design through to practical completion, ensuring programs, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full delivery of school build projects from start to finish
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders, including local councils and schools
* Monitor budgets, programs, and quality standards to ensure successful project outcomes
* Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
* Provide clear reporting and maintain strong client relationships
Your Profile
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, preferably in education, commercial, or civil projects
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects $5M–$30M or similar scope
* Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
* Relevant qualifications in Construction, Project Management, or Engineering
Location: Canberra & South Coast NSW (travel between sites required)
