Total Tools Toowoomba is looking for a Full time Online Orders / Dispatch Warehouse Team Member, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.
This position will suit an organised and detail-orientated person, must have previous experience using an inventory system. You will have great communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Previous goods receiving experience is essential to exceed in this role.
What will you be doing?
Online Orders
* Administer all aspects of On-line customer orders
* Place items on order for online/special customer orders
* Pick, pack, process and book transport for online orders
* Ensure online delivery and click and collect time KPI's are met at all stores
* Supporting customer queries and offering solutions if needed
* Monitor the maintenance of online customer orders and Back orders
* Liaise with suppliers regarding online back orders
* Ensure courier pick up, ETA's, receiving and dispatch of all online orders are in line with expectation and report noncompliance to Management
* Maintaining a tidy organized work area, ensuring it is always safe to operate in
Dispatch Warehouse
* Monitoring and processing All goods Outward Orders in a timely manner.
* Pick, pack, process and book transport for all goods outwards orders.
* Maintaining a tidy organized dispatch warehouse area, ensuring it is always safe to operate in.
* Liaise with Store/Assistant managers with all OH&S warehousing requirements

* Previous receiving and warehousing / order processing experience.
* Methodical and well organised.
* Following through with all tasks, short and long term.
* Has worked with, understands, and has a passion for tools.
* Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a phenomenal teammate.
* Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
* Comfortable with technology - computer literacy is a must. (Excel)
* Available for weekdays, and some public holiday work
* Experience using a walkie stacker/forklift (with a current forklift license, preferred not essential)
