About the Role
In this position, you will:
* Specialise in permanent blue-collar placements across SA, with the support of a national network
* Build, manage and grow your own perm desk
* Drive sales and business development activity
* Source, attract, interview and place high-quality candidates
* Implement creative sourcing and marketing strategies
* Represent the Programmed brand with professionalism and integrity
* Manage administration and compliance requirements accurately
* Contribute to a high-performing culture built on safety, accountability and teamwork
What We're Looking For
* Recruitment and/or business development experience
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Commercially minded with strong sales, negotiation and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to prioritise across multiple tasks
