Experienced and suitably qualified applicants encouraged to apply.Long term work opportunity with a Tier 1 Road Surfacing company based on northern Gold Coast as a Pavement Advisor.Working across different shift patterns, you will be required to work days and night shift patterns and also be available for occasional away work.
Sunday to Thursday / Friday week structure
Day / Night Shift Patterns
Work closely with Asphalt Crews
Advisory Role not on the tools
Monitoring, advising and reporting on pavement compaction
Pay Rates Start From $37phr + Overtime Rates
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide real time clear concise information to Foreman
Persuasive people skills to gain best outcomes of Asphalt Crew in achieving works to specifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Similar industry experience – Soil Tester, Lab Technician, Concrete Tester, Quality Assurance Officer, etc.
Construction Safety Card
Current Drivers Licence
