* Strong business acumen and ability to connect people solutions to commercial outcomes.
* You are a natural influencer, able to build trust and collaborate widely, while constructively challenging the status quo.
* Adept in change management, critical thinking, and data-driven decision making.
* Committed to championing diversity, inclusivity, and a psychologically safe workplace.
* Tertiary qualified in Human Resource Management or related field.
