We are seeking an experienced HR & Recruitment / Office Manager to oversee all human resources, recruitment, and office administration functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
* Manage HR processes, employee relations, and compliance
* Maintain HR policies, records, and reporting
* Oversee day-to-day office administration and support management
About You:
* Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or office management
* Strong knowledge of Fair Work and employment legislation
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Professional, discreet, and proactive
Automotive or trade-based experience is advantageous but not essential.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
