Your new role
As a Senior Clarizen Systems Administrator (EL1 level), you will join the Scheme and Payment Platforms Branch within the Technology Services Division. You'll be responsible for providing hands-on support and administration of Clarizen and Power BI platforms, acting as the first point of contact for user issues. Your duties will include managing access and licences, assisting project managers with reporting and scheduling, constructing dashboards, performing system configurations, and ensuring compliance with security standards. You'll also contribute to training initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Clarizen/Power BI with other systems.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven expertise in Clarizen and Power BI, including configuration, administration, and user support
* Experience transitioning PMO functions into MS Project/Power BI
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Ability to manage and maintain Power BI environments aligned with organisational needs
* Eligibility to obtain Baseline security clearance
